Document preparation for legal claims
Bring agreement, balance-certificate and case-file data together before preparing a claim. Cross-check parties and amounts, identify missing documents and give your legal team the evidence behind each field.
Documents you provide
The case as it stands: PDFs from different sources and the assignment spreadsheet. Different documents, one operation.
Agreement and signing record
The operation’s terms and evidence of execution: party, operation, interest rate, signature and date.
Balance certificate and statement
Overdue instalments, outstanding principal, drawdowns and transactions, with dates, descriptions and amounts.
Assignment list
The spreadsheet of assigned operations and reported amounts. It provides a comparison against the source documents.
What MestrIA checks
Fields are extracted from their documents and cross-checked. Each one retains its source document and page.
Party and operation
Checks that the agreement, certificate and signing record concern the same party and operation.
Claim amount
Compares overdue instalments plus outstanding principal in the certificate with the reported assignment amount. Differences are flagged for review.
Default interest
Compares the rate in the certificate with the agreed contractual rate.
Missing documentation
When a required source is missing, the case remains on hold and the gap appears in the missing-documents sheet.
What you receive
Four spreadsheet tabs: claim data, issues, missing documents and a batch summary, with evidence for legal review.
